graphics, tone, videofiles and animation files, as well as the JUDO
logo.
The use of these data provided by JUDO is defeated by the following rules:
JUDO clears up to his premium partner free, an easy and not
transferable right to the use of the data. JUDO examines and updates
the data constantly, nevertheless, can take over for this no guarantee
for the actuality, correctness and completeness of the data. JUDO keeps
to themselves the right to carry out before changes any time in the
information. The premium partner obliges to approach the JUDO data
without changes and to call JUDO in suitable form as a spring. The
spring name has to go under use of the note "© JUDO, www.judo.eu" all
rights reserved. The publication needs the previous written approval of
the JUDO Wasseraufbereitung GmbH, Winnenden. JUDO reproaches itself
with the right, the right of use of the premium partner immediately to
wiederrufen., Among the rest, a reason for this exists if the premium
partner offends against one of the terms of utilisation, with
insolvency etc.
